You will not be able to change your control panel account username. If you are a Windows shared hosting, Virtual Server or TeamSpeak account user our control panels will allow you to create "Peer Users". A "Peer User" is an account that is basically an alias to your main account and functions the same, but will allow you to create a custom username (if available) to access your account.
