If you find yourself not able to pay your hosting services invoice by the due date, please contact our billing department as soon as possible. We understand that things do happen and life throws unexpected expenses our way all the time, so we are happy to do what we can to help!
Simply submit a ticket to our billing department (before the due date) and let us know when you will be able to make the payment (within the next due date or a max of 30-days out, whichever is sooner). We will do our best to help you avoid late fees, service interruption or even termination.
